Walking through (open)

Melina walked back in through the fields of the school, skipping the english lesson. "Looks like I'm gonna get kicked out of here." She laughed to herself. She looked down at the grass to notice that her leg was cut, reaching into her bag for a bandage she wrapped the cloth around her leg tightly to stop the bleeding. How couldn't she of noticed that? Blood was tricking all the way down her leg,luckily she was wearing black clothes so nobody would be able to tell it was stained. Melina groaned standing back up and leaning against a near by tree. She can't keep this up, especially seen as she only just pursuaded the headmaster to let her stay.

Bourny strolled past Melina "You should be careful about cuts in a place with so many vampires" he said casually as he looked at the sky "Need someone to walk with?"

Melina tilted her head to Bourny. "Isn't it obvious I am already a vampire. I don't need any guidence from you thank you very much." She pulled on a sarcastic smile, indicating to him she was a strong vampire and not to be taken lightly. "I can take care of myself."

Bourny grinned letting his eyes flash red "I can guess but there are a number of strong ones here, and any fight is a numbers game in the end" he smiled "Besides even the weakest cub can become the strongest tiger"

"I doubt that while I'm around." Melina sighed. "Youv'e heared of Ashelia Maiko, right? I am her daughter." Her eyes also flashed red showing flames deep in her eyes, her anger flowing onto the surface of her emotions.

Bourny nodded "I knew Ashe," his smile looking sad "Maybe too well" his eyes were now unfocused "So..." his calm look returning "How about that walk?"

"You did know my mother?" Ashe thought to herself for a moment, mabee she could learn more about her. After all, she never even knew her herself. "Sure, Lets walk then." She gave him a rearsuring smile and began to walk.

Bourny put his hands in his pockets as he strolled relaxed alongside the girl "So hows the vampire thing treating you?" he asked with a smile

"Heh, I'm part demon part vampire, both have their advantages and disadvantages." She laughed a little, trying to hide her sadness. "I see things from both sides."

Bourny grinned "Demons only disadvantage comes if they fail to control it" he winked "Vampires have the thirst, which can overwhelm them" he nodded "I guess they are more smiliar than I had ever thought" He looked at the sky "So who was you father?"

"I... Don't know..." Melina sighed shoving her hands in her pockets. "He was a high lord of hell next in comand to the king, or so I was told." She looked up to the sky trying to escape her thoughts. "I am all alone in this world."

Bourny grinned "Welcome to my world, I'm the son of the demon that sealed the worlds" he pointed a thumb at himself "Meet mr popular"

Melina pulled a strange face at him. "Well dont think your going to be Mr. Popular with me" She laughed. "I'm popular becuase I am a hybrid, everybody wants me dead."

Bourny grinned "Well the vamps don't really hate me, nor the lycans but they smell of wet dog." He looked at the sky "But the demons pretty much hate me once they find out who I am" he laughed lightly "So wanna know bout ya mum?"

Melina looked over to Bourny in the eyes, curiosity showing in hers as she nodded. "Yes I would." She smiled.

Bourny looked around and walked up to a big rock jumping to the top he sat and looked out over a feild "Sit and watch the world go by 'nd I'll tell you" he smiled softly

"I'm not a kid." She said looking up at him not very pleased as she sat on the bottom rock with her legss dangling down.

Bourny smiled "I never said you were" he looked at the sky "Just my old bones need to rest" he clapped "Ashe loved her life" he smiled softly "She took each day as it came and didn't care what others thought" his eyes drifted again "she just had fun"

Melina scanned is behaviour knowing he knew her mum better. "Who were you to eachother? You knew eachother pretty well, right?" She tilted her head looking up to Bourny.

Bourny smiled "I knew her well yes" he grinned "Some thought too well I figure" he brushed his silver hair out of his eyes "But that is not for her daughter to hear" he stuck his tongue out "So what brings you to the school?"

Melina looked wide eyed for a second knowing what he meant. "Ah so you were my moms..." She stopped mid sentence and smiled. "Thanks, for telling me something about my mother." She grinned and layed back against the rock, daydreaming for a few moments.

Bourny shrugged his shoulders slightly "I guess everyone should know about their parents in some way" he rested his arms on his knees "So what brings you to this lil school of ours?"

"Lets just say I'm trying to escape real life. It sucks to be me." She laughed a little glancing up to Bourny with a glint in her eye, from the sun beaming down on them. "Why are you here?"

Bourny shrugged "I ain't moved on yet I guess" he grinned "Not like I'm really liked in many places either" his grin turned to a soft smile

Melina tilted her head back down to meet Bourny's eyes. "Well you must be fond of this place then." She said softly with a smile.
